Great location near cafes and shops.
The room had very limited storage space for our belongings, which was quite frustrating. We expected a more thorough cleaning service, but our sheets were never changed during our week-long stay. Additionally, the noise from the city was unbearable at times, making it hard to get any rest.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast every morning and the cozy relaxation area. It was great to unwind in the lounge after a day of exploration. The only small hiccup was that it seemed the staff focused more on larger groups, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 🌟

Family vacation, lovely experience
So we had breakfast , and it was a feast! Chef John really took care of us, kept bringing new dishes for us to try, it was like he really wanted us to be happy. And then there's Jessica at breakfast , she was so helpful with my mom-made sure she had everything she needed , which really touched me.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly cheap , but you know what? It was worth it.

The Ibis in Jerusalem offered a welcoming and comfortable stay. I loved the clean and spacious Superior Queen Room with a stunning city view. The bed felt like home, truly comfortable. Best part was the fantastic location. shops and restaurants right outside the hotel made everything so accessible. A short walk took me to the Old City. Breakfast stood out with friendly staff, especially Jessica, who made mornings brighter with her warmth. However, I faced a small inconvenience with the lack of tissues in the room. The carpet felt a bit dusty, impacting the overall freshness of the room. I had to request additional towels, as only two were provided per person.

Comfortable beds created a good night's sleep. Location right by shops and restaurants made it easy to grab a bite or some supplies in a pinch.
A few quirks caught my attention during my stay. The television had a mind of its own, often going black after some time, requiring a restart. Heard way too much noise from the street and closing doors from other guests, which could be bothersome at times. The bathroom lacked a closed cabinet for privacy, making me keep things out in the open. The little elevator situation didn't help either—two of them seemed to be always busy, making it a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours. Plus, the lack of a common bidet option was a surprise—had to adjust to that quickly.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the tramline and the Old City. Numerous shops nearby that were convenient right before Shabbat. The room was spacious and notably comfortable, highlighted by a restful bed which made it easy to recharge after a day of exploration. Customer service was top-notch, especially from the friendly staff at the reception who always greeted with a smile. However, the dining options were limited and did not stand out, which was a bit disappointing.
